Waterloo Road Case Study

the programme is broadcast on a thursday at 8pm. it is on at this time as many people are home from school and work so that they get more viewers. it is on, on a thursday as there is not many good things on, on a thursday whilst if they put it on, on a saturday or sunday they would get less viewers as more people are watching the X factor or britains got talent and many other shows. it is also shown at 8 as it is on before the UK watershed so they are allowed to include some strong language and sexual content but not to much.

The producer are try to appeal to a broader audience by showing different groups of people from the show. for example in this picture they show some people who are clever, some who are sporty, some who are naughty/bad.

My Media Diary

over the weekend i went on facebook to see what my friends are up to and to talk to my friends.

My Media Diary

over the weekend i played on my xbox against my friends. i won all 3 of my games. One 5-0 where my worst player scored 4. the other 5-4 where i managed to score the equaliser and then the winner in the last minute of extra-time. i play on my xbox as i can talk to my friends and be sociable. it is also very fun

Waterloo Road Case Study

This is the logo of Waterloo road. They used this picture as the logo of waterloo road as it is a bunch of school desks with pupils around it so that it represents that it is a programme about school. It also looks like it is graffiti. that represents that the pupils misbehave.

My Media Diary
